CHRISSY'S merchandise purchased online at full price can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of the date of receipt. Items purchased online with a discount up to 25% off are non-refundable but can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Returned items will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed or are damaged. All tags must be attached and items must be in their original condition. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, in original condition and without postal labels.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at CHRISSY@CHRISSYS.COM.
